At Scrubs Infinite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly while ensuring we maintain the quality and integrity of our products. Please review the following guidelines for returning or exchanging items.
Return and Exchange Guidelines

Standard Items: You may return or exchange your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 50 days of the purchase date.

Embroidery Items: Items with embroidery are final sale unless they are defective. In the case of a defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Initiating a Return or Exchange

In-Store: Customers are welcome to return or exchange items for free at our store location. Please bring your order number with you.

Shipping: If you prefer to ship your return or exchange, please include your order number and ship the items to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Free returns are available for in-store drop-offs.
Processing Time

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your items.
Defective Items

Exchange Pass Program (For Schools & Bulk Orders)
We now offer an Exchange Pass for schools, clinics, and bulk corporate orders:

Optional Purchase: Available at the time of ordering for a small fee.

Limited Exchanges: Allows up to 10% of the total order to be swapped for sizing adjustments within 14 days of delivery.

Same Style & Color: Exchanges apply to the same style/color only and depend on current inventory availability.

Final Sale: Exchange Pass purchases are non-refundable. Any unused exchanges expire after 14 days.
This ensures fast turnaround times for your bulk orders while providing flexibility for minor sizing adjustments.
Refunds

Refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of processing your return.
Important Notes

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

All original tags must be attached when returning or exchanging items.
